目的：探讨对2型糖尿病患者的发病机制进行分析和总结，制定新的糖尿病治疗策略。方法对该院2012年—2013年收治的94例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾分析，从其发病机制实现对糖尿病治疗新策略的探讨。结果患者胆固醇数值超过6.6 mmol/L，空腹状态的血糖数值超过6.8 mmol/L，尿白蛋白超过20.3 mg，尿酸超过479.98μmol/L。结论全面认识2型糖尿病的发病机制，并采取相应的处理措施，提出新的糖尿病治疗策略，可实现对糖尿病治疗的有效控制和治疗。

목적：탐토대2형당뇨병환자적발병궤제진행분석화총결，제정신적당뇨병치료책략。방법대해원2012년—2013년수치적94례2형당뇨병환자적림상자료진행회고분석，종기발병궤제실현대당뇨병치료신책략적탐토。결과환자담고순수치초과6.6 mmol/L，공복상태적혈당수치초과6.8 mmol/L，뇨백단백초과20.3 mg，뇨산초과479.98μmol/L。결론전면인식2형당뇨병적발병궤제，병채취상응적처리조시，제출신적당뇨병치료책략，가실현대당뇨병치료적유효공제화치료。
Objective To analyze and summarize the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes so as to formulate the new strategies for the treatment of diabetes. Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, and based on the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes, the new strategies for the treatment of diabetes were discussed. Results The cholesterol values of the patients exceed 6.6mmol/L, and the fasting blood glucose value exceeds 6.8mmol/L, urine albumin is over than 20.3mg, uric acid is more than 479.98μmol/L. Conclusion Comprehensively understanding the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes and taking appropriate treatment measures, putting forward new strategies for the treatment of diabetes, can realize the effective control and treatment of diabetes.
