目的：探讨影响胸腺瘤患者术后生存率的相关因素。方法对1998年4月至2008年5月在都江堰市人民医院进行手术的67例胸腺瘤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，分别用Log-rank法和Cox比例风险模型对可能影响胸腺瘤患者术后生存率的因素进行单因素及多因素分析。结果本组患者的1、5、10年生存率分别为92.5%、83.6%、67.2%；单因素分析显示性别、年龄、Masaoka分期、手术方式、WHO组织学分类对胸腺瘤患者术后的生存率有显著影响(P<0.05)；多因素分析表明：年龄、Masaoka分期、手术方式是影响胸腺瘤患者术后生存率的独立影响因素。结论胸腺瘤患者的5年内生存率较高，患者的年龄、Masaoka分期、手术方式与其生存率有密切联系。

Objective To investigatet survival influencing factors of patients with thymoma after opera-tive. Methods 67 cases patients with thymoma admitted to the Dujiangyan Municipal People′s Hospi-tal from April 1998 to May 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. The possible influencing factors were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate analysis with Log-rank and Cox proportional haz-ard model. Results Overall patients survival rates were 92. 5%、83. 5%、67. 2% at 1,5,10 years, respec-tively. The significant prognostic factors demonstrated by univariate analysis included Gender,age,Masaoka staging,surgical approach and WHO histologic classification(P<0. 05). According to multivariate analysis, the independent prognostic factors were age, Masaoka staging and surgical approach. Conclusion The pa-tient's gender,Masaoka staging,surgical approach were closely linked to the five years survival rate of patients with thymoma.
