百草枯是我国农村应用广泛的除草剂之一，属剧毒农药，中毒后可引起多器官功能障碍，最主要的是肺、肾损伤，早期为急性肺损伤，逐渐演变成肺纤维化。在治疗上，百草枯中毒没有特效解毒剂，治愈困难，病死率极高，目前临床上主要给予早期及时清除毒物、药物联合应用及血液净化疗法(血液灌流、血液透析)等治疗，以提高患者的长期生存率。该文主要通过对百草枯的毒物代谢动力学、中毒机制及临床救治方法予以综述。

Paraquat is one of the widely used herbicide in the rural areas. It is toxic for human and ani-mal. It can cause multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,especially for lung and kidney. During the early stage, the main manifestation is lung injury,then round into pulmonary fibrosis gradually. Now there is no specific antidote to paraquat poisoning. It is difficult to be cured, keeping high case fatality. The main treatment in-cludes removing toxins, combining medicine and blood purification therapy ( such as hemoperfusion, HP;he-modialysis,HD) treatment. It maybe can improve the long-term survival of patients. In this paper,the clinical therapies are reviewed based on the toxicokinetics and toxic mechanism of paraquat in human body.
