胃癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，因早期胃癌缺乏特异性临床表现，难与胃良性疾病相鉴别，致使早期胃癌漏诊率及误诊率均较高，发现时多已属中晚、期，失去最佳的手术时机，严重影响预后，故早期发现、诊断及治疗是提高胃癌患者生存率，降低病死率的关键。该文将从传统及新型血清肿瘤标志物、内镜检查及基因水平三个方面对胃癌的诊断进展予以综述。

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor,because of the lack of early gastric cancer clinical specificity,which is difficult to identify,often resulted in early gastric cancer missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate is higher,has belongs to middle-late when found,lost the best operation time and seri-ously affect the prognosis,so early detection,diagnosis and treatment is to increase surial in patients with gas-tric cancer,the key to reduce mortality,this article from the traditional and new type of serum tumor markers, endoscopy and gene level three aspects discussed the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
