丙型肝炎病毒( HCV)感染引起的丙型肝炎严重威胁人类的健康，最终导致持续性肝组织损伤及肝硬化、肝细胞癌发生。干扰素抑制HCV复制及调节免疫的作用，不仅能够稳定病情、延缓肝硬化、肝衰竭和肝癌等并发症的发生，还能预防HCV所致肝癌发生和提高肝癌术后患者的生存率。该文将针对HCV的流行趋势、及干扰素对HCV所致肝癌的防治这些问题进行综述。

Hepatitis c virus ( HCV) is a serious threat to human health caused by hepatitis c,which is a chronic infection ,eventually leads to persistent liver tissue damage and cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma, preventive hepatitis C vaccine is not developed successfully now,the role of interferon inhibit virus replication of hepatitis C and Immunomodulatory can make interferon and ribavirin treating hepatitis C together, this combination therapy not only can stabilize the disease, delay the onset of cirrhosis, liver failure and liver cancer and other complications,but also can prevent liver cancer and improve the survival rate of liver cancer patients,this article will focus on the trend of hepatitis C virus,carcinogenic mechanism and interferon on liv-er cancer caused by hepatitis c virus prevention and control of these issues were reviewed.
