目的：研究中药结合胰岛素用于妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的临床疗效。方法：选取在我院就诊的146例妊娠期糖尿病患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组73例，治疗组采用传统的常规治疗方法并辅以中药进行治疗，对照组采用传统的常规治疗方法进行治疗。治疗结束后，观察两组治疗前与治疗后的血糖、血脂水平变化以及并发症的发生情况及剖宫产率。结果：治疗后患者血糖水平均较治疗前降低；治疗后治疗组血脂水平明显优于对照组；治疗组并发症及剖宫产的发生率均显著低于对照组，经统计学处理，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：中药与胰岛素联合应用于妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的临床疗效较好，而且能减少并发症的发生，治疗后患者恢复较快、痛苦小，应在临床治疗的过程中积极推广应用。
목적：연구중약결합이도소용우임신기당뇨병치료중적림상료효。방법：선취재아원취진적146례임신기당뇨병환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조73례，치료조채용전통적상규치료방법병보이중약진행치료，대조조채용전통적상규치료방법진행치료。치료결속후，관찰량조치료전여치료후적혈당、혈지수평변화이급병발증적발생정황급부궁산솔。결과：치료후환자혈당수평균교치료전강저；치료후치료조혈지수평명현우우대조조；치료조병발증급부궁산적발생솔균현저저우대조조，경통계학처리，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론：중약여이도소연합응용우임신기당뇨병치료중적림상료효교호，이차능감소병발증적발생，치료후환자회복교쾌、통고소，응재림상치료적과정중적겁추엄응용。
Objective :To study the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with insulin for the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus .Methods :To select randomly in our hospital ,146 cases of gestational diabe‐tes ,treatment group and control group ,each group 73 cases ,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine traditional therapy ,the control group conventional treatment methods of traditional therapy .After the end of treatment ,observe two groups before treatment and after treatment of blood glucose levels ,blood lipid levels ,and the incidence of complications and cesarean section rate .Results :The blood glucose level after treatment than before treat ‐ment blood glucose levels decreased ;after treatment ,serum lipid levels in treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group ;the treatment group the complications and the incidence of cesarean section were significantly lower than those in the control group ,statistically ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :The traditional Chinese medicine in combination with insulin in gestational better clinical effect in the treatment of dia ‐betes ,but also can reduce the incidence of complications ,faster recovery of patients after treatment ,the pain is small , should be popularized actively in the course of clinical treatment .
