目的：评价与分析手法复位小夹板联合石膏托固定治疗桡骨远端骨折临床疗效。方法：94例桡骨远端骨折患者按随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组，对照组采用手法复位小夹板固定治疗；观察组采用手法复位小夹板联合石膏托固定治疗。评价2组患者腕关节功能恢复、疼痛及临床疗效。结果：观察组骨折愈合时间和腕关节治疗优良率分别为（27．67±5．85）d 、91．49％（43／47）与对照组（45．21±7．35）d 、74．47％（35／47）比较，P ＜0．05，差异有统计学意义。治疗后，2组患者疼痛评分均明显下降，且观察组优于对照组（P＜0．05）。观察组并发症率为4．26％明显低于对照组10．64％（χ2＝7．84，P＜0．05）。结论：桡骨远端骨折患者应用手法复位小夹板联合石膏托固定治疗，其可有效缓解患者疼痛，加速骨折愈合，促进腕关节功能恢复。
목적：평개여분석수법복위소협판연합석고탁고정치료뇨골원단골절림상료효。방법：94례뇨골원단골절환자안수궤추첨법분위대조조여관찰조，대조조채용수법복위소협판고정치료；관찰조채용수법복위소협판연합석고탁고정치료。평개2조환자완관절공능회복、동통급림상료효。결과：관찰조골절유합시간화완관절치료우량솔분별위（27．67±5．85）d 、91．49％（43／47）여대조조（45．21±7．35）d 、74．47％（35／47）비교，P ＜0．05，차이유통계학의의。치료후，2조환자동통평분균명현하강，차관찰조우우대조조（P＜0．05）。관찰조병발증솔위4．26％명현저우대조조10．64％（χ2＝7．84，P＜0．05）。결론：뇨골원단골절환자응용수법복위소협판연합석고탁고정치료，기가유효완해환자동통，가속골절유합，촉진완관절공능회복。
Objective :Evaluation and analysis of manual reduction and small splint and plaster clinical curative effect of treatment of distal radius fractures .Methods :94 cases of distal radius fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,the control group were treated with manipulative reduction and splinting ;observation group were treated with manual reduction and small splint and plaster fixation .Evaluation of 2 groups of patients with wrist joint function recovery and pain and clinical effect .Results :To observe the fracture healing time and the wrist joint treatment of excellent and good rate was (27 .67 ± 5 .85)d ,91 .49% (43/47) and control group (45 .21 ± 7 .35) d , 74.47% (35/47) comparison (P< 0 .05) .After treatment ,2 groups of patients with pain scores were significantly de‐creased ,and the observation group than in the control group (P< 0 .05) .The complication rate was 4 .26% in obser‐vation group was significantly lower than the control group 10 .64% (χ2 = 7 .84 ,P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :Patients treated with manual reduction and small splint and plaster fixation for the treatment of fractures of the distal radius ,it can re‐lieve pain of patients ,accelerate fracture healing ,promote the recovery of wrist function .
