目的：了解 VitC 能否替代氰化钾辅助诊断亚硝酸盐中毒。方法：制作家兔亚硝酸盐中毒动物模型，并应用VitC 诊治亚硝酸盐中毒1例。结果：应用 VitC 可使中毒家兔及临床患者血液由酱油色变为鲜红色。结论：VitC 可替代氰化钾作为亚硝酸盐中毒的辅助诊断方法。
목적：료해 VitC 능부체대청화갑보조진단아초산염중독。방법：제작가토아초산염중독동물모형，병응용VitC 진치아초산염중독1례。결과：응용 VitC 가사중독가토급림상환자혈액유장유색변위선홍색。결론：VitC 가체대청화갑작위아초산염중독적보조진단방법。
Objective :To investigate whether VitC can replace potassium cyanide as an auxiliary diagnosis of nitrite poisoning .Methods :The rabbit model of nitrite poisoning was established and VitC was applied to diagnose and treat the nitrite poisoning .Results :VitC can change the color of the blood of poisoning rabbits and patients from soy sauce‐like color into bright red .Conclusion :VitC can replace potassium cyanide as an auxiliary diagnosis method for nitrite poisoning .
