随着数字化电能表越来越广泛用于智能变电站电能计量系统,研究一套完备的校准规范变得日趋重要,国内外已先后研究出一些针对数字化电能表检验的方法。针对数字化电能表校准项目和误差成因进行分析,并在此基础上重点对基于数字化功率源和标准数字化电能表法检验技术和实现方案进行讨论。结合国标《GB/T 17215.303-2013交流电测量设备特殊要求第3部分:数字化电能表》中要求数字化电能表能够记录采样数据输入异常工况,提出模拟现场合并单元网络异常工况下进行数字化电能表事件记录及计量准确度检验的方法,可弥补数字化电能表实验室检验和现场检验准确度有差异的不足。
隨著數字化電能錶越來越廣汎用于智能變電站電能計量繫統,研究一套完備的校準規範變得日趨重要,國內外已先後研究齣一些針對數字化電能錶檢驗的方法。針對數字化電能錶校準項目和誤差成因進行分析,併在此基礎上重點對基于數字化功率源和標準數字化電能錶法檢驗技術和實現方案進行討論。結閤國標《GB/T 17215.303-2013交流電測量設備特殊要求第3部分:數字化電能錶》中要求數字化電能錶能夠記錄採樣數據輸入異常工況,提齣模擬現場閤併單元網絡異常工況下進行數字化電能錶事件記錄及計量準確度檢驗的方法,可瀰補數字化電能錶實驗室檢驗和現場檢驗準確度有差異的不足。

With the widespread use of digitized electric energy meters in electric energy metering system in intelligent substations, it becomes increasing important to establish a set of complete calibration standard.Lots of calibration methods of digitized electric energy meters have already been developed at home and abroad.The calibration items and error causes of digitized electric energy meters are analyzed in this paper, and the detection method and design scheme based on digital output power source and standard digitized electric energy meters are deeply discussed.Com-bining the requirement of digitized electric energy meter being able to record the abnormal working condition of sam-pling data input in national standard “GB/T 17215 .303-2013 AC measuring equipment-Particular requirements-Part 3:Digitized electric energy meters”, a detection method to calibrate the event record and meter accuracy of digitized electric energy meters is put forward in this paper, which is based on abnormal network conditions of simulated field merging unit.This solution will make up the difference between the laboratory test and field test accuracy.
