研究反窃电装置具有重要现实意义,但目前缺乏对反电流法窃电装置的研究。文中设计的无线式电流变送器,是低压智能反电流法窃电装置的重要组成部分,能将配电变压器低压侧三相输电线上电流信号采集并无线传输至稽查主机,与用户电能表电流参数进行比对,防止在配电变压器与计量电表间发生电流法窃电。同时,为了解决在野外环境供能电源不易获取的问题,设计了感应取能电源和蓄电池组合供电方案。试验结果表明本设计在较宽的电流范围和大电流的测量中具有良好的准确度和抗干扰性,同时实现了低功耗和长距离传输。

Research on the anti electricity-stealing devices have great practical significance, but up to date, there has been lack of studies on anti electricity-stealing devices.In this paper, a wireless current transmitter, which was an es-sential component of the low-voltage intelligent anti electricity-stealing device, was designed.The transmitter could collect the current signals on the three-phase distribution transformer lines on the low voltage side and send them wire-lessly to the examiner host to be compared with the current parameters on users’ Watt-hour meters so that electricity stealing between distribution transformers and Watt-hour meters could be prohibited.Meanwhile, a combined power supply scheme of inductive draw-out power supply with a storage battery was also designed to solve the problem of in-accessible power supply in wild environments.The experiment results showed that this design possessed high accuracy and good interference immunity in a wide range of heavy current measurement, and it also realized low-power con-sumption and long-distance transmission.
