目的：分析龙岩市某综合医院2008年~2012年法定传染病发病情况及流行特征，为更好地制定传染病控制规划，加强传染病管理提供一定的科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对某综合医院2008年~2012年传染病网络报告资料进行统计分析。结果2008年~2012年某综合医院共报告22种法定传染病10844例，其中报告乙类5629例、丙类5215例，无甲类传染病报告。报告发病率居前5位的为手足口病、梅毒、乙型肝炎、流行性腮腺炎、肺结核。传播途径以血液及性传播疾病及肠道传染病为主，分别占42.34%、41.87%。其次是呼吸道传染病，占15.78%。结论手足口病、梅毒为某综合医院主要上报传染病，手足口病发病率呈上升趋势，成为儿童常见传染病。性传播疾病呈逐年上升趋势。

According to the analysis of?transmission,?the?blood?and?sexually?transmitted?diseases?and?intestinal?infectious?diseases,?accounted?for?42.34%,?41.87%,?the?second?is?a?respiratory?infectious?disease?accounted?for?15.78%.?Conclusion??Hand?foot?and?mouth?disease,?syphilis?is?a?comprehensive?reporting?infectious?disease?hospital,?Hand?foot?and?mouth?disease?incidence?rate?is?rising,?a?common?childhood?diseases.?Sexually?transmitted?diseases?showed?rising?trend?year?by?year.
