目的：比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术全子宫切除的治疗效果。方法将我院在2011年1月至2014年1月期间治疗的180例需进行全子宫切除的患者随机平均分为两组，即对照组与实验组。对照组患者采用常规的开腹手术行全子宫切除，实验组患者则选用腹腔镜手术切除方法，经过一段时间后，比较两组患者的术中情况（如手术时间、出血量）及术后情况（如排气时间、住院时间及疼痛发生率等），进而评价治疗效果。结果两组患者术中情况比较时，手术时间无显著性差异，但实验组患者的出血量明显少于对照组；术后情况中的排气时间、住院时间及疼痛发生率等指标比较时，实验组均显著低于对照组，差异显著，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜全子宫切除方法具有疗效高、手术创伤小、患者术后恢复快、住院时间短、患者术后疼痛轻、腹部切口瘢痕小，美观等特点，值得广泛应用于全子宫切除治疗中。
목적：비교복강경수술여개복수술전자궁절제적치료효과。방법장아원재2011년1월지2014년1월기간치료적180례수진행전자궁절제적환자수궤평균분위량조，즉대조조여실험조。대조조환자채용상규적개복수술행전자궁절제，실험조환자칙선용복강경수술절제방법，경과일단시간후，비교량조환자적술중정황（여수술시간、출혈량）급술후정황（여배기시간、주원시간급동통발생솔등），진이평개치료효과。결과량조환자술중정황비교시，수술시간무현저성차이，단실험조환자적출혈량명현소우대조조；술후정황중적배기시간、주원시간급동통발생솔등지표비교시，실험조균현저저우대조조，차이현저，P<0.05，구유통계학의의。결론복강경전자궁절제방법구유료효고、수술창상소、환자술후회복쾌、주원시간단、환자술후동통경、복부절구반흔소，미관등특점，치득엄범응용우전자궁절제치료중。
Objective??To?compare?the?therapeutic?effect?of?laparoscopic?operation?and?open?operation?of?total?hysterectomy.?Methods??From?January?2011?to?January?2014?during?the?treatment?of?180?cases?of?patients?were?randomly?divided?into?two?groups?of?total?hysterectomy,?namely?control?group?and?experimental?group.?The?control?group?was?treated?with?conventional?open?operation?for?hysterectomy,?patients?in?the?experimental?group?was?chosen?for?laparoscopic?resection?operation,?after?a?period?of?time,?the?two?groups?were?compared?intraoperative?conditions?(such?as?operation?time,?bleeding?volume)?and postoperative conditions (such as exhaust time, hospitalization time and the incidence of pain, and etc.) to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results??The?patients in the two groups were compared, no signiifcant difference in operation time, but the experiment bleeding group were signiifcantly less than the control group; the exhaust time, postoperative conditions in time and pain occurrence rate in hospital, the experimental group were signiifcantly lower than those?in?the?control?group,?the?difference?was?significant,?P<0.05?the?statistical?significance.?Conclusion??Laparoscopic?hysterectomy?method?has?high?curative effect, small operation wound, quick postoperative recovery, short hospitalization time, postoperative pain, abdominal incision scar small, beautiful wait?for?a?characteristic,?it?is?widely?used?in?hysterectomy?in?the?treatment.
