目的：为了能够更快的改善小儿支原体肺炎临床症状和提高的治疗效果，分析和研究在阿奇霉素及对症治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特的可行性和价值。方法采取随机数字表的方法将来我院儿科就诊的98例小儿支原体肺炎患者分为观察组和对照组，其中对照组患儿治疗上给予抗感染、支持对症治疗，而观察组患者在对照组的治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特治疗，统计和分析两组患者的症状改善情况。结果经过对研究数据分析发现，对照组患儿的症状改善情况明显不如观察组患儿的，且两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论小儿支原体肺炎在阿奇霉素及对症治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特，这样不仅提高疗效，更有利于患儿症状缓解，值得推荐和应用。

Objective??In?order?to?improve?the?clinical?symptoms?of?mycoplasma?pneumonia?in?children?more?quickly?and?improve?the?treatment?effect,?to analyze and research the feasibility and value added by montelukast based on given azithromycin and symptomatic.Methods??Divided?98?cases?of?mycoplasma?pneumonia?in?children?patients?in?pediatric?clinic?of?our?hospital?into?observation?group?and?control?group?adopt?the?method?of?random?number?table, the control group were treated with anti infection, lfuid infusion and symptomatic treatment, while the patients in the observation group received montelukast therapy based on the control group, counted and analyzed improvement of symptoms of the two groups.Results??Data?analysis?found?that,?improvement of symptoms of control group was signiifcantly less than the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was with statistical significance?(P<0.05).?Conclusion Azithromycin and symptomatic treatment combined with montelukast can improves the curative effect in treating children’s?mycoplasma?pneumonia,?and?do?more?conducive?to?children?with?symptomatic?relief,?worthy?of?recommendation?and?application.
