目的:通过对兔VX2腹膜腔移植瘤的MR影像学表现来评估MR平扫加增强扫描对腹腔内移植瘤的诊断价值。方法采用开腹直接注入瘤粒悬液法制作兔VX2腹膜腔移植瘤模型,接种后第10天对瘤兔腹部进行MR扫描获得影像学结果,以病理结果为金标准评价MR的诊断价值。结果在对<10mm的腹腔种植瘤进行扫描,MR平扫敏感度为60.19%、准确度55.86%,MR平扫加增强扫描敏感度为78.64%、准确度73.64%,对于病灶检出能力MR增强扫描要优于MR平扫;在对10~20mm之间的腹腔种植瘤进行扫描,MR平扫的敏感度为82.35%、准确度77.78%,MR平扫加增强扫描敏感度91.18%、准确度88.57%,对于病灶检出能力MR增强扫描要明显优于MR平扫;在对>20mm的腹腔种植瘤进行扫描时MR平扫与MR平扫加增强扫描结果一致,检测能力相同。结论对于<20mm的病灶MR增强扫描检出能力在敏感度、准确度方面优于MR平扫,而对于>20mm的病灶MR平扫与平扫加增强检出结果相同均与病理结果一致。
