目的：以冠心病不稳定性心绞痛血瘀证为例，探讨文献挖掘法挖掘证候生物学指标的可行性。方法采用文献挖掘的“共现”分析法挖掘出冠心病不稳定性心绞痛血瘀证的特异指标，然后与临床检测出的血瘀证特异指标进行比较，最后对两种方法的结果进行一致性检验。结果通过文献挖掘并筛选得出特异临床指标30个，通过临床检验得出特异指标15个。两种结果相比较，Kappa值为0.41，一致性率为84.5%。结论文献挖掘法作为一种新的发现证候异常生物学指标的方法具有一定的可行性，建议进一步优化算法并将其扩大到其他证型的研究中。

Objective To discuss the feasibility of using literature-mining method to find biological indicators based on the example of coronary heart disease unstable angina due to stasis of blood. Methods Applying co-occurrence ana-lyzing method of literature-mining to find the abnormal indicators of the disease and then contracted with the clinic de-tected indicators. Consistency test was applied to the two results at last. Results The number of abnormal indicators obtained by literature-mining was 30, and 15 by clinic test. Kappa was 0.41 and consistency rate was 84.5%. Conclu-sion Literature-mining methods can be used as a way to locate abnormal biological indicators. It should be suggested to optimization algorithm and apply to other types of research.
