目的：对比临床药师干预前后中药注射剂临床使用的合理性，考察临床药师的干预效果。方法收集临床药师干预前使用中药注射剂的患者859例(2011年4月病历)，记为干预前组，干预后使用中药注射剂的患者计1303例(2012年8月病历)，记为干预组。根据评价标准进行合理性评价。结果干预前中药注射剂的使用率为53.10%，干预后为48.84%，差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=7.28，P<0.01)。干预后，在适应证、用法用量、溶媒用量、配伍等方面中药注射剂使用合理性显著提高，不良反应发生率降低73.82%。结论临床药师的参与有利于提高中药注射剂使用的合理性，促进中药注射剂临床的安全使用。
목적：대비림상약사간예전후중약주사제림상사용적합이성，고찰림상약사적간예효과。방법수집림상약사간예전사용중약주사제적환자859례(2011년4월병력)，기위간예전조，간예후사용중약주사제적환자계1303례(2012년8월병력)，기위간예조。근거평개표준진행합이성평개。결과간예전중약주사제적사용솔위53.10%，간예후위48.84%，차이유고도통계학의의(χ2=7.28，P<0.01)。간예후，재괄응증、용법용량、용매용량、배오등방면중약주사제사용합이성현저제고，불량반응발생솔강저73.82%。결론림상약사적삼여유리우제고중약주사제사용적합이성，촉진중약주사제림상적안전사용。
Objective To explore the effects of clinical pharmacists in the intervention of the rational use of TCM In-jections. Methods 859 cases were recorded as the before intervention group who used the traditional Chinese medicine before intervention (in April 2011). While 1303 cases were recorded as the after intervention group who used the tradi-tional Chinese medicine after intervention (in August 2012). All the date were evaluated according to the evaluation standard. Results After the intervention of clinical pharmacists, the overall utilization were reduced from 53.10% to 48.84%, the difference was significant (χ2=7.28, P< 0.01). The use of rationality in indication, dosage, solvent and so on were improved after intervention. The incidence of ADR was reduced by 73.82%. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists’participation is helpful to improve the rationality and safety of the use of TCM Injections.
