目的：探讨肺癌化疗患者社会支持水平与生存质量的相关性。方法选取2013年6月~2014年5月在解放军总医院呼吸科就诊的85例肺癌化疗患者为肺癌化疗组，同时随机选取健康者83例作为对照组。采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织癌症患者生存质量问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30)进行问卷调查，分析其社会支持水平与生存质量的相关性。结果①肺癌化疗患者的支持总分、主观支持得分显著高于健康人，而客观支持及支持利用度得分则明显低于健康人，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。②肺癌化疗患者生存质量普遍较差，而且不同性别、年龄、医疗支付方式、文化程度和婚姻状况的患者在角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能方面比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)；不同的年龄、医疗支付方式、文化程度和婚姻状况的患者在躯体功能、总体健康状况方面比较，差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。③肺癌化疗患者客观与主观支持与生存质量各维度呈正相关(r为0.881~0.978，均P<0.05)；支持利用度与生存质量各维度呈正相关(r为0.754~0.891，均P<0.05)。④支持总分、支持利用度、客观支持、婚姻状况、并发症预测肺癌化疗患者生存质量的主要因素。结论提高肺癌化疗患者的社会支持水平，指导患者有效利用社会支持，提高肺癌化疗患者的生存质量，保证化疗整个疗程顺利完成。
목적：탐토폐암화료환자사회지지수평여생존질량적상관성。방법선취2013년6월~2014년5월재해방군총의원호흡과취진적85례폐암화료환자위폐암화료조，동시수궤선취건강자83례작위대조조。채용사회지지평정량표(SSRS)화구주암증연구여치료조직암증환자생존질량문권(EORTC QLQ-C30)진행문권조사，분석기사회지지수평여생존질량적상관성。결과①폐암화료환자적지지총분、주관지지득분현저고우건강인，이객관지지급지지이용도득분칙명현저우건강인，차이유고도통계학의의(P<0.01)。②폐암화료환자생존질량보편교차，이차불동성별、년령、의료지부방식、문화정도화혼인상황적환자재각색공능、정서공능、인지공능、사회공능방면비교，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05혹P<0.01)；불동적년령、의료지부방식、문화정도화혼인상황적환자재구체공능、총체건강상황방면비교，차이균유고도통계학의의(P<0.01)。③폐암화료환자객관여주관지지여생존질량각유도정정상관(r위0.881~0.978，균P<0.05)；지지이용도여생존질량각유도정정상관(r위0.754~0.891，균P<0.05)。④지지총분、지지이용도、객관지지、혼인상황、병발증예측폐암화료환자생존질량적주요인소。결론제고폐암화료환자적사회지지수평，지도환자유효이용사회지지，제고폐암화료환자적생존질량，보증화료정개료정순리완성。
Objective To study the correlation between the social support and quality of life of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods From June 2013 to May 2014, in the General Hospital of PLA, 85 lung cancer patients with chemotherapy (lung cancer chemotherapy group) and 83 healthy people (control group) were selected. The social support scale (SSRS) and the European organization for research and treatment cancer quality of life questionnaire (E-ORTC QLQ-C30) were given as questionnaire survey, the correlation between social support level and quality of life were analyzed. Results ① The total score of support and the score of subjective support were significantly higher in lung cancer patients with chemotherapy than those in health people;and the scores of objective support and support u-tilization were significantly lower than those in health people , the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.01).② Lung cancer chemotherapy patients survival quality were generally poor, and different sex, age, health care, educa-tion and marriage patients in role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01); different age, health care, education and marriage patients in physical functioning, general health were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.01).③There were positive correlations between the objective, subjective support and quality of life (r were 0.881-0.978, P<0.05); There were positive correlations between the support utilization and quality of life (r were 0.754-0.891, P <0.05). ④ The score of support, support utilization, objective support were predictors for life quality of patients with chemotherapy were total. Conclusion The social support and the effective use of social support are helpful to improve the life quality of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy.
