我国米糠资源丰富，但对米糠的深度开发及综合利用相对比较落后。因此，综述了国内外米糠开发利用现状，分析了米糠开发的潜在经济效益及社会效益，表明米糠的深度开发及综合利用具有很大的商业价值和广阔的市场前景。

Our country rice bran is rich in resources,but the depth development and comprehensive utilization of rice bran is relatively backward. Therefore,development and utilization of the status quo at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed the potential of rice bran,economic benefit and social benefit of rice bran development,shows that the deep exploitation and comprehensive utilization of rice bran has great commercial value and broad market prospect.
