目的：探讨纳洛酮联合神经节苷酯治疗小儿重型病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法将72例重型病毒性脑炎患儿随机分为两组，每组36例。对照组患者给予抗病毒、胞二磷胆碱、对症支持等治疗，治疗组患者在抗病毒治疗基础上给予纳洛酮、单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷酯治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效及症状体征缓解时间的变化。结果治疗组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组患儿退热、头痛、抽搐、巴宾斯基征、肢体瘫痪恢复时间明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组、对照组均无严重不良反应发生。结论纳洛酮联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷酯治疗小儿重型病毒性脑炎有良好的临床疗效，且安全性好。
목적：탐토납락동연합신경절감지치료소인중형병독성뇌염적림상료효。방법장72례중형병독성뇌염환인수궤분위량조，매조36례。대조조환자급여항병독、포이린담감、대증지지등치료，치료조환자재항병독치료기출상급여납락동、단타액산사이당신경절감지치료。비교량조환인적림상료효급증상체정완해시간적변화。결과치료조환자림상료효명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）；치료조환인퇴열、두통、추휵、파빈사기정、지체탄탄회복시간명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）；치료조、대조조균무엄중불량반응발생。결론납락동연합단타액산사기당신경절감지치료소인중형병독성뇌염유량호적림상료효，차안전성호。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of naloxone combined with ganglioside in treatment of children with severe viral encephalitis.Methods 72 cases of children with severe viral encephalitis were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group of 36 cases.The control group was given antiviral,cytoplasmic two choline, supportive treatment; the treatment group in the antiviral treatment on the basis of given naloxone,a single sialic acid ganglioside treatment four sugar.The comparison between two groups in the clinical curative effect and symptom relief time change.Results The clinical effect of treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the treatment group of children with fever,headache,seizures,Babinski syndrome,limb paralysis recovery time was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05);the treatment group,the control group had no serious adverse reactions.Have a good clinical effect. Conclusion Naloxone combined with a single sialic acid four hexose ganglioside in treatment of children with severe viral encephalitis,and the security is good,worthy of clinical application.
