子宫内膜癌是我国发病率位列第二的妇科恶性肿瘤。发现时10%的患者未绝经，4%的患者年龄＜40岁。年轻患者保留生育功能是目前治疗的热点问题。本文拟从患者特点、患者筛选、药物治疗选择及预后等方面进行讨论。

Endometrial cancer is the second most common gynecologic malignancy in China. 10% of cases will be diagnosed in pre-menopausal women, including 4% diagnosed less than 40 years old. The conservative management in these younger patient population has been a research hot-spot topic. In this review, we discussed the conservative management of endometrial cancer, specifically on the characteristics of the patients, the appropriate candidate selection, the choice of hormonal therapy and expected outcomes.
