对于早期卵巢癌的患者，尤其育龄期女性，保留生育能力及性腺内分泌功能有重要意义。然而对于保留生育适应证及治疗仍存在争议，随着临床案例不断累积，本文对不同肿瘤分期、分化程度、病理类型的患者预后进行进一步评估，同时探讨了全面分期手术、淋巴结清扫、腹腔镜手术及辅助化疗的相关预后。然而临床实践中，接受保留生育治疗患者仍占少数，多数患者仍不了解抗癌治疗对于自身的影响，仍需要我们的进一步努力。

For early stage ovarian cancer patients, especially child-bearing period women, the preservation of fertility and gonads endocrine function has become a significant issue. However the proper indication as well as surgical procedure is still partially under debating. Depending on the cumulating of related cases, this review tended to assess correlated/influenced prognosis of patients in different FIGO stage, tumor grade and histological subtype, and discuss implication of comprehensive surgical staging, lymphadenectomy, laparoscopy and adjuvant chemotherapy on survival. As the fact that fertility-sparing treatment remains limited, nevertheless the majority knows little about cancer treatment and further fertility, great effort is still in need.
