意外伤害住院病人调查取证工作一直是医保经办机构工作中的难题。本文对湖南省郴州市辖区近两年10000名因意外伤害住院病人调查取证情况进行了分析，详细介绍了调查方法和技巧，针对问题提出可行建议：发挥法治的引领和规范作用；与外部职能部门密切配合，建立协同机制；条件成熟地区探讨与商保合作的方式。

The evidence investigation of inpatients with accidental injury is always a challenge for medical insurance agency. In this paper, we analyzed the procedure of evidence investigation in 10000 inpatients with accidental injury in the city of Chenzhou, Hunan province in recent two years, and introduced particularly the method and process of investigation, and the achievements. Based on the problems in evidence collection, the author put forward practical suggestions for future investigation.
