目的：观察清宣止咳除痹汤治疗间质性肺疾病（脾经伏火，肺络痹阻症）的疗效。方法60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组内服清宣止咳除痹汤，对照组口服乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组。结论清宣止咳除痹汤治疗间质性肺疾病效果显著。
목적：관찰청선지해제비탕치료간질성폐질병（비경복화，폐락비조증）적료효。방법60례환자수궤분위치료조여대조조각30례。치료조내복청선지해제비탕，대조조구복을선반광안산포등편。결과치료조총유효솔현저고우대조조。결론청선지해제비탕치료간질성폐질병효과현저。
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Qingxuanzhikechubi Decoction in the treatment of interstitial lung disease (spleen Volt ifre, pulmonary colaterals syndrome).Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was taken oral Qingxuanzhikechubi decoction, the control group was taken oral Acetylcysteine. ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment group was signiifcantly higher than that of control group.ConclusionThe effect of Qingxuanzhikechubi Decoction in the treatment of interstitial lung disease is remarkable.
