目的：分析更昔洛韦以及皮质类固醇联合治疗角膜内皮炎所取得的效果。方法随机抽取42例角膜内皮炎患者，按照每组21例划分为对照组和治疗组，对照组使用阿昔洛韦进行点眼治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用典必殊以及皮质类固醇。结果治疗组患者复发率为4.8%，显著低于对照组的33.3%。结论针对角膜内皮炎，应用昔洛韦以及皮质类固醇进行联合治疗可以促进临床疗效的提高。
목적：분석경석락위이급피질류고순연합치료각막내피염소취득적효과。방법수궤추취42례각막내피염환자，안조매조21례화분위대조조화치료조，대조조사용아석락위진행점안치료，치료조재대조조적기출상가용전필수이급피질류고순。결과치료조환자복발솔위4.8%，현저저우대조조적33.3%。결론침대각막내피염，응용석락위이급피질류고순진행연합치료가이촉진림상료효적제고。
ObjectiveAnalysis the effects of ganciclovir and corticosteroids in the treatment of corneal endotheliitis.Methods Randomly selected 42 cases of corneal endotheliitis patients, in accordance with 21 cases in each group, divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group was using aciclovir eye treatment, the treatment group added allusions on the basis of Tobra Dex and corticosteroid.Results The recurrence rate in treatment group was 4.8%, signiifcantly lower than the control group of 33.3%. Conclusion For corneal endotheliitis, application of penciclovir and corticosteroid combined therapy can improve curative effect.
