目的：探讨拉坦前列素在小切口囊外摘出术治疗青光眼术后白内障中的应用。方法80例青光眼术后产生白内障患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对观察组患者在小切口囊外摘出术的基础上使用拉坦前列素，观察和分析两组在各项指标上的差异。结果两组患者术后视力、眼压和泪膜的稳定性都比手术前好，但是观察组的情况优于对照组（P＜0.05），各项指标都有明显优势。结论拉坦前列素在小切口囊外摘出术治疗青光眼术后白内障中的应用效果良好，患者视力、泪膜状况等有所提高和稳定，术后的并发症以及炎症反应都明显降低。
목적：탐토랍탄전렬소재소절구낭외적출술치료청광안술후백내장중적응용。방법80례청광안술후산생백내장환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대관찰조환자재소절구낭외적출술적기출상사용랍탄전렬소，관찰화분석량조재각항지표상적차이。결과량조환자술후시력、안압화루막적은정성도비수술전호，단시관찰조적정황우우대조조（P＜0.05），각항지표도유명현우세。결론랍탄전렬소재소절구낭외적출술치료청광안술후백내장중적응용효과량호，환자시력、루막상황등유소제고화은정，술후적병발증이급염증반응도명현강저。
ObjectiveTo explore the application of the latanoprost small incision extracapsular cataract extraction treating the cataract after glaucoma surgery.Methods80 cases of post glaucoma surgery causing cataract patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, on the base of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction patients in the observation group using latanoprost, the observe and analysis the two groups’ differences in the indicators.ResultsPost-operative patients in the two groups had better visual acuity, intraocular pressure, and stability of lacrimal film, but the situation of the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05), each indicators all had obvious advantages.ConclusionLatanoprost in the small incision extracapsular cataract extraction treating cataract after glaucoma surgery has good application effect, the patients' vision and lacrimal film situation all have improvement and stabilization, the postoperative complications and inlfammation reaction are signiifcantly reduced.
