Oxytocin%Combination%Misoprostol%Postpartum hemorrhage of uterine contraction
目的：观察缩宫素联合米索前列醇防治子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的疗效。方法从我院收治的子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者中抽取90例分为两组，对照组用缩宫素治疗，研究组用缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率与对照组比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论缩宫素联合米索前列醇防治子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的疗效好。

목적：관찰축궁소연합미색전렬순방치자궁수축핍력성산후출혈적료효。방법종아원수치적자궁수축핍력성산후출혈환자중추취90례분위량조，대조조용축궁소치료，연구조용축궁소연합미색전렬순치료，비교량조림상료효。결과연구조총유효솔여대조조비교유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론축궁소연합미색전렬순방치자궁수축핍력성산후출혈적료효호。
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of uterine contraction.Methods90 patients with postpartum uterine inertia in our hospital were divided into two groups, the control group was using oxytocin treatment, the study group was using oxytocin combined with misoprostol, the clinical efifcacy was compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of group compared with the control group had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with misoprostol on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of uterine contraction has good curative effect.
