目的：：探讨精细化沐浴流程对精神患者基础护理质量的影响。方法：分析以往精神患者沐浴流程中发生问题的环节，根据患者的病情、年龄、性格、生活自理能力，修改沐浴流程，细化住院患者沐浴的顺序和工作人员的站位；统计并比较精细化沐浴流程管理前后，患者沐浴后个体头发及全身皮肤清洁度、对沐浴的满意度和因沐浴引起的跌倒发生人次。结果：对精细化沐浴流程管理后与管理前各30位(同体对照)比，患者沐浴后头发及全身皮肤清洁度、患者满意度明显提高，患者因沐浴引起的跌倒明显减少。结论：精细化沐浴流程管理可以提高精神患者的基础护理质量和患者满意度。
목적：：탐토정세화목욕류정대정신환자기출호리질량적영향。방법：분석이왕정신환자목욕류정중발생문제적배절，근거환자적병정、년령、성격、생활자리능력，수개목욕류정，세화주원환자목욕적순서화공작인원적참위；통계병비교정세화목욕류정관리전후，환자목욕후개체두발급전신피부청길도、대목욕적만의도화인목욕인기적질도발생인차。결과：대정세화목욕류정관리후여관리전각30위(동체대조)비，환자목욕후두발급전신피부청길도、환자만의도명현제고，환자인목욕인기적질도명현감소。결론：정세화목욕류정관리가이제고정신환자적기출호리질량화환자만의도。
Objective:To investigate effects of fine bathing process on basic care quality of mental patients. Methods:Based on the patientˊs condition, age, personality, self-care ability, modifying bathing process, refining inpatient bathing sequence and posi_tion of staff, the problems of the mental patients during the bath in the past were analyzed. The hair and body skin cleanliness of the patients after bathing, the patientsˊsatisfaction with the bath, and the number of of fall caused by bathing before and after the fine bath_ing process were statistically compared. Results:After the fine bathing process management, the patientsˊhair and body skin cleanli_ness and satisfaction were significantly improved, but the patientsˊ falls caused by bathing were significantly reduced. Conclusions:The fine bathing process management can improve the metal patientsˊbasic care quality and the patientsˊsatisfaction.
