目的：：尝试走动式管理的应用效果。方法：将走动式管理应用于医院护理管理的各个要素之中。结果：通过走动式管理及其由此产生的管理效果，增进了同事间的感情交流，提高了护理工作的效率，促进了护理专业的发展。结论：医院护理部采用走动式管理模式成效显著，应该大力推广。
目的：：嘗試走動式管理的應用效果。方法：將走動式管理應用于醫院護理管理的各箇要素之中。結果：通過走動式管理及其由此產生的管理效果，增進瞭同事間的感情交流，提高瞭護理工作的效率，促進瞭護理專業的髮展。結論：醫院護理部採用走動式管理模式成效顯著，應該大力推廣。
목적：：상시주동식관리적응용효과。방법：장주동식관리응용우의원호리관리적각개요소지중。결과：통과주동식관리급기유차산생적관리효과，증진료동사간적감정교류，제고료호리공작적효솔，촉진료호리전업적발전。결론：의원호리부채용주동식관리모식성효현저，응해대력추엄。
Objective: To explore application effects of management by wandering around. Methods: The management by wandering around was applied in various elements of hospital nursing management. Results:Through the management by wandering a_round and its effects, the affection between the colleague, the efficiency of nursing work, and the development of the nursing profession were improved. Conclusions:The effects of the management by wandering around is obvious, and it is worthy of promotion.
