目的：：观察关节腔冲洗联合针灸推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选取膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例，采用单盲实验分组法分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组患者给予关节腔冲洗联合针灸推拿疗法进行治疗；对照组患者仅给予关节腔冲洗治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果：两组患者与治疗前比均有一定的改善(P<0.05)，其改善程度观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：关节腔冲洗联合针灸推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效优于单纯关节腔冲洗疗效，可推广应用。
목적：：관찰관절강충세연합침구추나치료슬관절골성관절염적림상료효。방법：선취슬관절골성관절염환자60례，채용단맹실험분조법분위관찰조화대조조각30례。관찰조환자급여관절강충세연합침구추나요법진행치료；대조조환자부급여관절강충세치료，비교량조적료효。결과：량조환자여치료전비균유일정적개선(P<0.05)，기개선정도관찰조현저우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：관절강충세연합침구추나치료슬관절골성관절염료효우우단순관절강충세료효，가추엄응용。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of articular cavity flushing combined with acupuncture and massage in treatment of Patients knee osteoarthritis. Methods:According to single blind experiment grouping method, sixty knee osteoarthritis pa_tients were randomly allocated to treatment group with 30 cases and contrast group with 30 cases. The treatment group was treated by articular cavity flushing and acupuncture and massage therapy, while the contrast group was just treated by articular cavity flushing. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results:Both the two groups had certain improvement (P<0. 05), but improving extent in treatment group was significant better than that in contrast group (P<0. 05). Conclusions:Articular cavity flushing combined with acupuncture and message in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a better effect than single articular cavity flushing and is worthy of promotion.
