目的：探讨血浆C反应蛋白（CRP）对急性脑梗死预后的影响。方法选取我院2012年8月～2013年7月神经内科收治的70例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组，并将40名体检健康者作为对照组，测定2组患者清晨空腹时的血清CPR水平，分析其对预后的影响。结果观察组的CRP水平显著比对照组高（P＜0.05）；对比分析不同程度脑梗死类型之间的血清CRP水平，重型＞中型＞轻型组，具有显著统计学差异（P＜0.05）；脑梗死预后出现好转的患者平均CRP水平比没有好转的患者更低（P＜0.05）。结论血浆C反应蛋白对急性脑梗死预后的影响体现为水平升高会导致患者预后差，因此急性脑梗死患者要尽早测定CRP水平，有助于改善预后。
목적：탐토혈장C반응단백（CRP）대급성뇌경사예후적영향。방법선취아원2012년8월～2013년7월신경내과수치적70례급성뇌경사환자작위관찰조，병장40명체검건강자작위대조조，측정2조환자청신공복시적혈청CPR수평，분석기대예후적영향。결과관찰조적CRP수평현저비대조조고（P＜0.05）；대비분석불동정도뇌경사류형지간적혈청CRP수평，중형＞중형＞경형조，구유현저통계학차이（P＜0.05）；뇌경사예후출현호전적환자평균CRP수평비몰유호전적환자경저（P＜0.05）。결론혈장C반응단백대급성뇌경사예후적영향체현위수평승고회도치환자예후차，인차급성뇌경사환자요진조측정CRP수평，유조우개선예후。
ObjectiveStudy the levels of plasma C reactive protein ( CRP) on the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.MethodsWe selected 70 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from 2012 August to July 2013 in Department of internal medicine were taken as the observation group, and 40 healthy persons as control group, the serum CPR levels were measured in 2 patients early in the morning when fasting, analyzes its influence on prognosis.Results The observation group CRP levels were signiifcantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), comparative study of serum CRP level between different degrees of cerebral infarction in type, medium heavy>light group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), prognosis of cerebral infarction in patients with average CRP levels appear better than no better in patients with lower (P<0.05).ConclusionPlasma C reactive protein (CRP) in the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction is embodied in elevated levels, it can lead to poor prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction, so the determination of CRP level is helpful to improve the prognosis of the patients.
