目的：探讨不同采血方法对快速血糖测定仪测量值的影响。方法通过对60例糖尿病患者采用3种不同的采血方法，即自然流出法、热水热敷按摩法和手指挤血法，进行末梢血糖浓度的快速测定，同时利用大型生化分析仪测定其静脉血血糖浓度。结果自然流出法测定血糖值和静脉血糖值比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），热水热敷按摩和手指挤血法测定血糖值均显著低于静脉血糖值，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床上使用快速血糖仪检测血糖值时，为保证结果的准确性，宜采用自然流出法采取末梢血。
목적：탐토불동채혈방법대쾌속혈당측정의측량치적영향。방법통과대60례당뇨병환자채용3충불동적채혈방법，즉자연류출법、열수열부안마법화수지제혈법，진행말소혈당농도적쾌속측정，동시이용대형생화분석의측정기정맥혈혈당농도。결과자연류출법측정혈당치화정맥혈당치비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05），열수열부안마화수지제혈법측정혈당치균현저저우정맥혈당치，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론림상상사용쾌속혈당의검측혈당치시，위보증결과적준학성，의채용자연류출법채취말소혈。
ObjectiveTo assess the inlfuence of different methods of blood sampling on the results tested by rapid blood glucose meter.Methods Blood glucose of 60 patients with diabetes were tested by rapid blood glucose meter through 3 different methods of blood sampling, and compared with the value of blood glucose measured by taking glucose oxidation enzyme from venous blood.Results There was no statistical signiifcance in value of blood glucose between natural effusion group and venous blood (P>0.05). The values of blood glucose in hot water massage group and finger squeezing group were remarkably lower than those in venous blood group (P<0.05).Conclusion The natural blood out flow of fingers is the better way when value of blood glucose measured by rapid blood glucose meter in clinic.
