目的：通过精细化管理的实施提高骨科病房护理服务品质。方法应用PDCA管理循环监控，强化优质护理服务，将精细化管理运用到骨科病房护理服务实践中。结果实施精细化管理能使护士更好地为患者服务，提高护理服务意识和操作技能。结论精细化管理能提高护理人员工作能力，提高患者满意率，改善护患关系。

ObjectiveThrough the implementation of the DM improve the orthopedic ward nursing service quality.
