健康疾病观受到人类社会发展不同阶段的社会认知文化的影响。受商品经济以及消费主义的影响，健康疾病被视为一种商品。此种认识一方面促使医生和患者都要考虑节约成本，另一方面又促使医生和患者追求利益最大化，产生了医患双方的紧张对立。因此需要在对医生进行医学人文教育的同时对患者进行健康教育，消解健康疾病商品观的消极影响。

The concept of health disorders is affected by different stages of social development of human social cognition culture. Affected commodity economy and consumerism, health disorders is regarded as a commodity. On the one hand it is to promoting the doctor and patient should consider the supply and consumption with economic thinking, on the other hand prompted doctors and patients to maximize profits with resulting in tensions between doctors and patients. With humanistic education of medical doctors and the patient of health education, it may be to melting negative impact on health disorders of commodity concept.
