本文分析了基层医院年轻医生在临床思维和科研能力方面存在的问题和不足，进一步提出要引导和培养年轻医生的大内科知识积累，养成正规的诊疗习惯，掌握科学的逻辑思维能力，开展循证医学的医疗实践，同时呼吁政府加大投入，鼓励高校毕业生扎根基层，培养年轻医生投入科研行列，加强科研管理，充分利用基层医院科研素材的优势和专科特色，开展力所能及的科研活动。

This paper analyzed the basic level hospitals young doctor's problem and shortage in the clinical thinking and the research ability, further put forward to guide and training young doctors of medical knowledge accumulation, to cultivate habit of normal diagnosis and treatment, to master the scientiifc logical thinking ability, to develop the medical practice of evidence-based medicine, also called on the government to increase investment, to encourage college graduates to take root at the grass-roots, to foster young doctor put into scientiifc research habit, to strengthen the scientiifc research management, to make full use of the basic level hospital scientiifc research material and specialized subject characteristic.
