The urban areas and agricultural and pastoral areas in Baotou%Continuing medical education%Survey%Countermeasures
目的:探索包头地区城市和农牧区卫生专业技术人员对继续医学教育项目讲座的不同需求点及解决的对策。方法采用城市、农牧区分别设计调查表、调查问卷的形式,随机对卫生专技人员的学历、职称以及继续医学教育情况填写调查问卷,并进行统计、分析。结果城市卫生专技人员希望学习:医学心理学、交叉学科、疑难病例讨论等内容;农牧区卫生专技人员希望学习:突发事件卫生应急与医院感染控制、医学心理学、医学伦理学等继续医学教育内容。结论增加符合不同地区卫生专技人员需求的继续医学教育项目,满足学习需求,使继续医学教育对象不仅掌握专业知识,还要增加医学心理学、伦理学等方面的知识,满足社会对卫生专技人员掌握多学科知识的要求,提升卫生专业技术人员的整体素质。

목적:탐색포두지구성시화농목구위생전업기술인원대계속의학교육항목강좌적불동수구점급해결적대책。방법채용성시、농목구분별설계조사표、조사문권적형식,수궤대위생전기인원적학력、직칭이급계속의학교육정황전사조사문권,병진행통계、분석。결과성시위생전기인원희망학습:의학심이학、교차학과、의난병례토론등내용;농목구위생전기인원희망학습:돌발사건위생응급여의원감염공제、의학심이학、의학윤리학등계속의학교육내용。결론증가부합불동지구위생전기인원수구적계속의학교육항목,만족학습수구,사계속의학교육대상불부장악전업지식,환요증가의학심이학、윤리학등방면적지식,만족사회대위생전기인원장악다학과지식적요구,제승위생전업기술인원적정체소질。
ObjectiveTo explore the professional medical workers’ different needs toward continuing medical education programs in urban areas and agricultural and pastoral areas in Baotou and seek countermeasures accordingly. MethodsDesign questionnaire and survey respectively for the professional medical workers in urban areas and agricultural and pastoral areas, randomly ask them to fill in questionnaire about their educational background, technical title and continuing medical education then analyze the collected questionnaires and surveys statistically. Results Professional medical workers in urban areas hope to learn more in medical psychology, interdisciplinary, intractable cases discussion, etc. professional medical workers in agricultural and pastoral areas hope to get continuing medical education in emergency health response, hospital infection control, medical psychology, medical ethics, etc.Conclusion More continuing medical education programs which meet the different needs of the professional medical workers in urban areas and agricultural and pastoral areas should be launched. In this way, the health personnel who accept the continuing medical education not only master the professional knowledge but also acquire knowledge in ifelds of medical psychology, medical ethics and so on. It also satisifes the social demand that health staff should grasp multi-subject knowledge, and enhances the overall quality of the professional medical workers.
