将热轧无缝钢管企业循环水处理运行过程中产生的石墨污泥自然干化后,对其组分进行了分析。结果表明:自然干化后,石墨污泥含水率为30.0%8耀42.44%;可燃烧组分比例为7.00%耀26.06%;不可燃组分比率为36.41%耀57.61%。进一步分析表明,石墨污泥中不可燃组分中,氧化铁皮含量占86%。能够循环利用,用于烧结配矿,并进行了实践,为钢铁企业石墨污泥的处置提供了参考。

After natural drying of the graphite sludge from the circulating water treat-ment of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe plant, the components of the sludge were analyzed. The results showed that after natural drying the moisture content of the graphite sludge was 30.08%~42.44%, the proportion of combustible ingredients was 7.00%~26.06% and ratio of non-combustible component was 36.41%~57.61%. Further analysis showed that in the incom-bustible components of graphite sludge, iron oxide content stood at 86%, which proved that it can be recovered and reused in sinter ore blending. Practice of recovering the graphite sludge has been carried out, to provide reference on treatment of graphite sludge for steel-makers.
