目的：制备姜黄素缓释片并对其释放度进行研究。方法高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：XTerra C18（150 mm ×4．6 mm ，5μm ）；流动相：甲醇‐50 mL · L－1冰醋酸溶液（60︰40）；检测波长：420 nm；流速：1．0 mL · min－1；柱温：30℃。结果在0．0036～0．036 mg · mL －1范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为98．9％，RSD为1．2％，溶出8 h后姜黄素累积释放率可达80％以上。结论该缓释片释放性能良好，且测定方法准确可靠，可作为姜黄素缓释片释放度研究的评价方法。
목적：제비강황소완석편병대기석방도진행연구。방법고효액상색보법。색보주：XTerra C18（150 mm ×4．6 mm ，5μm ）；류동상：갑순‐50 mL · L－1빙작산용액（60︰40）；검측파장：420 nm；류속：1．0 mL · min－1；주온：30℃。결과재0．0036～0．036 mg · mL －1범위내선성관계량호，평균회수솔위98．9％，RSD위1．2％，용출8 h후강황소루적석방솔가체80％이상。결론해완석편석방성능량호，차측정방법준학가고，가작위강황소완석편석방도연구적평개방법。
Objective To research the preparation method and release behavior of Curcumin Sustained Tablets .Methods The HPLC quantitative analysis was performed on an XTerra C18 column (150 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm) with methanol and 50 mL · L -1 glacial acetic acid solution (60∶40) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 .0 mL · min-1 .The detection wavelength was 420 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃ .Results The calibration curve showed good linearity ranged from 0 .003 6 to 0 .036 mg · mL -1 . The average recovery was 98 .9% and RSD was 1 .2% .Curcumin released from the tablets were more than 80% at 8 h . Conclusion The release performance of Curcumin Sustained Tablets is good ,and the analytical method is accurate and reliable , which can be used as an evaluation method for the release of Curcumin Sustained Tablets .
