目的：比较天山花楸果实醇提液和天山花楸枝叶醇提液的平喘、祛痰、抗炎及免疫作用。方法采用磷酸组胺致豚鼠哮喘实验、大鼠毛细管排痰实验、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀实验和碳粒廓清和血清溶血素的测定实验，评价果实和枝叶提取物的作用。结果天山花楸枝叶醇提物各剂量组的平喘效果明显优于相同剂量的果实组枝叶醇提物8和12 g · kg －1剂量组的排痰效果优于相同剂量的果实组（P＜0．05）；天山花楸枝叶醇提物的抗炎效果也明显高于同剂量的果实组（P＜0．05）；天山花楸枝叶提取物各剂量组的免疫作用与相同剂量的果实组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论天山花楸枝叶提取物的平喘、祛痰、抗炎及免疫调节作用明显优于其果实提取物。
목적：비교천산화추과실순제액화천산화추지협순제액적평천、거담、항염급면역작용。방법채용린산조알치돈서효천실험、대서모세관배담실험、각차채효치대서족종창실험화탄립곽청화혈청용혈소적측정실험，평개과실화지협제취물적작용。결과천산화추지협순제물각제량조적평천효과명현우우상동제량적과실조지협순제물8화12 g · kg －1제량조적배담효과우우상동제량적과실조（P＜0．05）；천산화추지협순제물적항염효과야명현고우동제량적과실조（P＜0．05）；천산화추지협제취물각제량조적면역작용여상동제량적과실조상비，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론천산화추지협제취물적평천、거담、항염급면역조절작용명현우우기과실제취물。
Objective Experiments were carried out to identify the antiasthmatic ,expectorant , anti‐inflammatory and immunity effects between Sorbus tianshanica Rupr .fruits ethanol extracts and Sorbus tianshanica Rupr .stems and leaves ethanol extracts . Methods The antiasthma effects were studied by the latent period of asthma which was induced by acetylcholine chloride and his‐tamine phosphate in guinea pigs .The phlegm dispelling effects were observed by the capillary expectoration method .The anti‐in‐flammatory effects were investigated through the experiment of paw edema of rats caused by carrageenin .Carbon clearance and hemolysin immune evaluation were also carried out in mice .Results The alcohol extract from Sorbus tianshanica stems and leaves of each dose group′s anti‐asthmatic action was significantly better than the same dose group of the fruit extract (P<0 .05) .The alcohol extract from Sorbus tianshanica Rupr .stems and leaves of 8 and 12 g · kg -1 dose group′s phlegm dispelling effects had an advantage over the same dose group of the fruit extract (P<0 .05) .Sorbus tianshanica Rupr .stems and leaves alcohol extract′s anti‐inflammatory effect was superior to the same dose group of the fruit extract (P<0 .05) .The alcohol extract of Sorbus tians‐hanica Rupr .stems and leaves of each dose group′s immunological regulative functions was differerent from the fruit extract (P<0 .05) .Conclusion For relieving asthma ,expelling phlegm ,resisting inflammation and immunological regulative functions , the branches and leaves extract of Sorbus tianshanica Rupr .is better than the fruits extract .
