目的：研究异黑成熟颗粒对S‐180荷瘤小鼠的抑制作用。方法60只小鼠进行S‐180实体瘤造模后随机分为异黑高剂量组、异黑中剂量组、异黑低剂量组、环磷酰胺组、肿瘤模型组和正常对照组，连续灌胃给药10d，测定以下指标：小鼠抑瘤率、脾指数、胸腺指数、肝脏指数和血清TNF‐α、IFN‐γ及IL‐2水平，S‐180荷瘤小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖功能，异黑成熟颗粒对S‐180实体瘤的病理学改变，异黑成熟颗粒对S‐180实体瘤小鼠日常活动的影响。结果异黑成熟颗粒高、中、低剂量组和环磷酰胺组的抑瘤率分别为61．55％，65．90％，38．01％和80．38％，均具有明显的抑瘤作用（P＜0．05）。给予异黑成熟颗粒后血清中TNF‐α、IFN‐γ及IL‐2含量显著增高（P＜0．05）。异黑成熟颗粒可显著促进S‐180荷瘤小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞的增殖。结论异黑成熟颗粒对S‐180实体瘤有明显的抑制作用。
목적：연구이흑성숙과립대S‐180하류소서적억제작용。방법60지소서진행S‐180실체류조모후수궤분위이흑고제량조、이흑중제량조、이흑저제량조、배린선알조、종류모형조화정상대조조，련속관위급약10d，측정이하지표：소서억류솔、비지수、흉선지수、간장지수화혈청TNF‐α、IFN‐γ급IL‐2수평，S‐180하류소서비장T림파세포증식공능，이흑성숙과립대S‐180실체류적병이학개변，이흑성숙과립대S‐180실체류소서일상활동적영향。결과이흑성숙과립고、중、저제량조화배린선알조적억류솔분별위61．55％，65．90％，38．01％화80．38％，균구유명현적억류작용（P＜0．05）。급여이흑성숙과립후혈청중TNF‐α、IFN‐γ급IL‐2함량현저증고（P＜0．05）。이흑성숙과립가현저촉진S‐180하류소서비장T림파세포적증식。결론이흑성숙과립대S‐180실체류유명현적억제작용。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of Abnormal Savda Munziq Granules on S‐180 tumor bearing mice .Methods 60 mice with S‐180 tumor were randomly divided into high ,middle and low dose groups ,cyclophosphamide group ,the tumor group and normal group .All mice were intragastrically administrated for 10 days continuously .The tumor inhibition rate ,thymus in‐dex ,spleen index ,liver index and serum TNF‐α,IFN‐γand IL‐2 index were determined to evaluate the granules tumor inhibition effect .Spleen function in mice were assayed by MTT .The effects of drugs on tumor pathology changes and the daily life of S‐180 mice were also observed .Results All groups of the granules had significant effect on inhibiting the tumor growth (P<0 .05) . The inhibition rates of high ,middle ,low group and cyclophosphamide group were 61 .55% ,65 .90% ,38 .01% and 80 .38% , respectively .After intragastric administration of the granules ,serum TNF‐α,IFN‐γand IL‐2 levels significantly increased (P<0 .05) . The granules can significantly promote the spleen T lymphocyte proliferation of mice bearing tumor .Conclusion Abnormal Savda Munziq Granules have the obvious inhibitory effect on S‐180 .
