目的:了解黄柏、牡丹皮和白鲜皮中铅、镉、铬、铜、汞等重金属和砷盐存在的化学形态及其分布。方法采用T essier连续提取法制备样品,铅、镉、铬、铜、砷、汞均采用原子吸收分光光度法测定。结果黄柏样品中含量最高的为铅,以离子交换态为主,最低为汞,以残渣态为主;牡丹皮中铜含量最高,以有机结合态为主,汞含量最低;白鲜皮中铅含量最高,以离子交换态为主,汞含量最低。3种药材中砷盐的含量均高于汞,而小于其他重金属。结论各有害元素以总量为指标评价药材的安全性有失偏颇。

목적:료해황백、모단피화백선피중연、력、락、동、홍등중금속화신염존재적화학형태급기분포。방법채용T essier련속제취법제비양품,연、력、락、동、신、홍균채용원자흡수분광광도법측정。결과황백양품중함량최고적위연,이리자교환태위주,최저위홍,이잔사태위주;모단피중동함량최고,이유궤결합태위주,홍함량최저;백선피중연함량최고,이리자교환태위주,홍함량최저。3충약재중신염적함량균고우홍,이소우기타중금속。결론각유해원소이총량위지표평개약재적안전성유실편파。
Objective To study the chemical speciation of heavy metals and arsenate (As) in Phellodendri chinensis cortex ,Moutan cortex and Dictamni cortex .Methods Sample preparation was carried out by Tessier sequence extraction ;Pb ,Cd ,Cr ,Cu ,Hg and As were measured by atomic absorption spectroscopy .Results The concentration of Pb in Phellodendri chinensis cortex was the highest and the concentration of Hg was the lowest among the metals tested .Pb was mainly in the form of ion exchange and Hg was mainly in the form of residual .The concentration of Cu in Moutan cortex was the highest and the concentration of Hg was the lowest among the metals tested .Cu was mainly in the form of organic .The concentration of Pb in Dictamni cortex was the highest and the concentration of Hg was the lowest among the metals tested .Pb was mainly in the form of ion exchange .The con‐centration of As was higher than that of Hg ,but lower than that of other heavy metals in Phellodendri chinensis cortex ,Moutan cortex and Dictamni cortex .Conclusion The total amount of all harmful elements as the indicators of evaluation for medicine safe‐ty w as biased .
