Problems in transforming wet BFG dedusting system to dry dedusting system were analyzed; and a transformation plan was determined and implemented based on actual situation. Practice has showed that the dust collecting bags after the transformation not only meet the needs of blast furnace production, but also reduce operating costs. The project has achieved desired effect.
