合成了两种氟硼二吡咯亚甲基(BODIPY )‐苯酚衍生物1和2,用紫外‐可见吸收光谱研究了其阴离子识别性能。结果表明,主体1和2对F-,AcO -和H2 PO4-有选择性识别作用,吸收光谱分别红移了186和133 nm ,溶液由粉红色变成淡绿色。主客体分子间发生脱质子化作用,且其亲合作用力顺序为:F-> AcO -> H2 PO4-和1>2,这主要归因于阴离子碱性和主体2中特丁基的位阻效应和给电子共轭效应。

Two BODIPY‐phenol derivatives 1 and 2 are designed and synthesized , and their anion recognition properties are investigated by UV‐Vis spectra technology . The results show that receptors 1 and 2 exhibit the selectivity for F - ,AcO - and H2 PO4 , w hich results in 186 and 133 nm red shift in absorption spectra , respectively , and the color changes from pink to light green . Receptors can interact with three anions by deprotonation with the affinity order :F- >AcO - > H2PO4- and 1>2 ,which can be ascribed to the basicity of special anions and the steric hindrance effect and electron‐donating conjugative effect of tert‐butyl group .
