以5‐羟基间苯二甲酸二甲酯为原料,经过醚化、肼解、醛胺缩合三步反应,在温和条件下高产率合成了一种具有酰腙结构的小分子凝胶因子L ,并通过红外、核磁和元素分析表征了其结构.L在乙酸乙酯中表现出很好的凝胶化能力并自组装形成具有较低临界凝胶浓度的稳定凝胶.通过X‐射线衍射、浓度核磁、红外探讨了其自组装机理,证明其自组装过程主要通过分子间的范德华力、氢键以及π‐π堆积作用而进行.此外,通过凝胶L的阴离子刺激响应实验,得到凝胶L对氟离子的专一性识别,即加入四丁基氟化铵固体后凝胶迅速变成黄色溶液.通过氟离子对 L的DM SO溶液的紫外滴定和核磁滴定实验,证明了其识别机理,即氟离子破坏凝胶结构中的氢键使其变成溶液并且脱去—NH基团上的质子使得溶液由无色变为黄色,因此凝胶L可作为一种专一性识别氟离子的智能材料.

In this paper ,a low molecular weight organic gelator (L) based on acyl hydrazone is designed and synthesized by using dimethyl 5‐hydroxyisophthalate . The gelator is synthesized via etherification , hydrazinolysis and aldimine condensation reactions under mild reaction conditions with high yield and it is characterized by IR ,1 HNMR and element analysis . The gelator shows excellent gelation ability in ethyl acetate , it can form stable organogels (OGL ) in ethyl acetate via self‐assemble with very low critical gelation concentrations . The self‐assembly mechanism is investigated by concentration dependent 1HNMR ,FT‐IR and X‐ray diffraction ,these experiments indicate that the gelator L is self‐assembled to supramolecular organogel OGL by the hydrogen bonds ,π‐π stacking , as well as the Van der Waals existing in the long alkyl chains . OGL show s specific selectivity for F - , other common anions can not lead to any similar response . After addition of solid TBAF , the colorless OGL gel changes to yellow sol . The anion response mechanisms of OGL are investigated by UV‐vis spectral titration and 1 HNMR titration with F - . The phenomena indicate that with the addition of F - the hydrogen bonds is destroyed and N—H group might undergo a deprotonation process . These reasons lead to the colorless OGL gel changes to yellow sol . T herefore , OGL can act as a F - responsive smart material .
