利用时间分辨的激光诱导击穿光谱技术对中药材炒泽泻样品进行了检测分析,测得了样品中的Mg,Al,Si,P, Ca ,Ti ,Mn ,Fe ,Co和C等10种元素。基于等离子体局域热动力学平衡假设,得到了等离子体的电子密度和温度,最后利用自由定标分析方法得到了9种元素相对于C的含量。结果表明激光诱导击穿光谱技术可以用于中药材微量元素的有效快速检测。

Time‐resolved laser induced breakdow n spectroscopy is used to measure and analyze Oriental Water Plantain Rhizome which is a kind of Chinese medicinal material . Ten kinds of elemental composition in the sample , w hich are M g ,Al ,Si ,P ,Ca ,Ti ,M n ,Fe ,Co and C have been identified . Based on local thermodynamic equilibrium assumption , plasma temperature and electron number density are obtained , and the concentrations of the nine elements relative to the carbon have been estimated by calibration‐free method . The result of the experiment approved that laser induced breakdown spectroscopy can be applied to the rapid and effective detection on the trace element composition of Chinese medicinal materials .
