目的：分析我院门诊眼科外用药使用情况及发展趋势，为临床用药提供参考。方法对我院2011～2013年门诊眼科外用药的销售金额及用药频度进行排序，并对日均费用进行分析。结果我院门诊眼科外用药3年的销售金额均增加，抗生素类占比例最大，单品种销售额最高和DDDs最高的都是盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液。结论我院眼科外用药应用基本合理，抗菌药物占主要地位，反映了临床用药的现状和趋势。

목적：분석아원문진안과외용약사용정황급발전추세，위림상용약제공삼고。방법대아원2011～2013년문진안과외용약적소수금액급용약빈도진행배서，병대일균비용진행분석。결과아원문진안과외용약3년적소수금액균증가，항생소류점비례최대，단품충소수액최고화DDDs최고적도시염산좌양불사성적안액。결론아원안과외용약응용기본합리，항균약물점주요지위，반영료림상용약적현상화추세。
Objective To analyze the utilization of ophthalmic preparations for external use in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital , so as to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinics .Methods Consumption sum ,frequency of medication (DDDs) and daily dose cost (DDC) of all ophthalmic preparations for external use in the outpatient pharmacy of the hospital from 2011 to 2013 were ranked in order ,and the order of consumption sum to DDDs was analyzed .Results The consumption sum of ophthalmic preparations for external use in the outpatient pharmacy increased year by year ,with the consumption sum of antimicrobials being the highest from 2011 to 2013 .Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Eye Drops ranked in the highest position both in consumption sum and DDDs .Conclusion The utilization of ophthalmic preparations for external use in the hospital is generally rational .Antimicrobials are dominant in application ,representing the direction of clinical medication .
