目的：分析我院调节血脂药物应用的现状和发展趋势。方法采用限定日剂量（DDD ）法、销售金额排序法、用药频度（DDDs）和药品限定日费用（DDC）分析法，对我院2011～2013年调节血脂药品的使用进行统计分析。结果我院调节血脂药物销售金额逐年增长，2011～2013年降血脂药销售总金额分别是3029200，4515500和5241600元；与2011年相比，2012年和2013年平均年增长率分别为49．07％和73．04％；他汀类是主要的调节血脂药。结论我院调节血脂药的临床应用基本合理，符合国内临床降血脂药用药趋势及治疗原则。

목적：분석아원조절혈지약물응용적현상화발전추세。방법채용한정일제량（DDD ）법、소수금액배서법、용약빈도（DDDs）화약품한정일비용（DDC）분석법，대아원2011～2013년조절혈지약품적사용진행통계분석。결과아원조절혈지약물소수금액축년증장，2011～2013년강혈지약소수총금액분별시3029200，4515500화5241600원；여2011년상비，2012년화2013년평균년증장솔분별위49．07％화73．04％；타정류시주요적조절혈지약。결론아원조절혈지약적림상응용기본합리，부합국내림상강혈지약용약추세급치료원칙。
Objective To analyze the status and development of the utilization of lipid regulating agents in our hospital .Methods A statistical analysis ,using the analysis of defined daily dose ,ordering of consumption sum ,DDDs and DDC ,was performed .Re‐sults The consumption sum of lipid regulating agents increased year by year ,the sum of lipid regulating agents from 2011 to 2013 were 3 029 200 ,4 515 500 ,and 5 241 600 yuan ,respectively .The increasing ratio of 2012 and 2013 was 49 .07% and 73 .04% ;st‐atins were the major lipid regulating agents used in our hospital .Conclusion The use of lipid regulating agents in our hospital was rational and in line with the clinical trend and treatment principle of lipid regulating agents .
