目的:探讨将氧化石墨烯加入口腔义齿基托材料后义齿基托的机械性能。方法在义齿基托材料中分别加入0.02,0.06,0.1 mg/ml和0.2 mg/ml不同浓度的氧化石墨烯,并设立空白对照组;制作试件后用万能材料试验机测试拉伸强度。结果随着氧化石墨烯浓度升高,相对应的试件拉伸强度呈现先增强后降低的趋势。当添加0.1 mg/ml氧化石墨烯时,试件拉伸强度最大。结论氧化石墨烯在一定的浓度范围内可以改善义齿基托的机械性能。

목적:탐토장양화석묵희가입구강의치기탁재료후의치기탁적궤계성능。방법재의치기탁재료중분별가입0.02,0.06,0.1 mg/ml화0.2 mg/ml불동농도적양화석묵희,병설립공백대조조;제작시건후용만능재료시험궤측시랍신강도。결과수착양화석묵희농도승고,상대응적시건랍신강도정현선증강후강저적추세。당첨가0.1 mg/ml양화석묵희시,시건랍신강도최대。결론양화석묵희재일정적농도범위내가이개선의치기탁적궤계성능。
Objective To explore the mechanics of the denture base after adding graphene oxide into the denture base. Methods Different concentrations(0. 02,0. 06,0. 1, 0. 2 mg/ml )of graphene oxide were added into the denture bases, and a blank control group was set up. The universal material testing machine was used to test the tensile strength of prepared denture bases. Results The ten-sile strength was firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of graphene oxide concentration,and the highest was at the con-centration of 0. 1 mg/ml. Conclusion The graphene oxide can improve the mechanical strength of the denture base in a certain con-centration range.
