目的:观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性期患者血清白介素13(IL-13)及胱抑素C(CysC)水平变化,探讨COPD患者血清IL-13、CysC水平与肺功能的关系。方法慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期患者56例作为观察组;对照组为健康体检者27例。两组均采集空腹肘静脉血,采用ELISA法测定血清IL-13、CysC水平。观察组于入院24 h内测定肺功能。结果观察组血清IL-13、Cys-C水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-13、CysC水平与用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)之间均呈负相关(r=-0.849、r=-0.787,P<0.05);IL-13、CysC水平与最大呼气流量(peak expiratory flow,PEF)之间均呈负相关(r=-0.788、r=-0.698,P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期患者血清IL-13、CysC水平明显高于正常健康人,血清IL-13、CysC水平与肺活量均呈负相关。

목적:관찰만성조새성폐질병(COPD)급성기환자혈청백개소13(IL-13)급광억소C(CysC)수평변화,탐토COPD환자혈청IL-13、CysC수평여폐공능적관계。방법만성조새성폐질병급성기환자56례작위관찰조;대조조위건강체검자27례。량조균채집공복주정맥혈,채용ELISA법측정혈청IL-13、CysC수평。관찰조우입원24 h내측정폐공능。결과관찰조혈청IL-13、Cys-C수평명현고우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조혈청IL-13、CysC수평여용력폐활량(forced vital capacity,FVC)지간균정부상관(r=-0.849、r=-0.787,P<0.05);IL-13、CysC수평여최대호기류량(peak expiratory flow,PEF)지간균정부상관(r=-0.788、r=-0.698,P<0.05)。결론만성조새성폐질병급성기환자혈청IL-13、CysC수평명현고우정상건강인,혈청IL-13、CysC수평여폐활량균정부상관。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum interleukin 13 and cystatin C( CysC) in chronic obstructive pulmonary dis-ease( COPD) patients at acute stage,and explore their relations hip with lung function. Methods Fifty-six COPD patients at acute stage were selected as experimental group,and 27 healthy volunteers were chosen as control group. The serum levels of IL-13 and CysC were detected by ELISA in two groups,and the lung function in experimental group was determined within 24 h. Results Compared with control group,serum IL-13,Cys-C levels were increased in experimental group(P<0. 05). Forced vital capacity(FVC) and peak expiratory flow(PEF) were significantly lower in experimental group than in control group(P<0. 05). Serum IL-13,CysC levels were negatively correlated with FVC(r= -0. 849,r= -0. 787,P<0. 05),and PEF(r= -0. 788,r= -0. 698,P<0. 05). Conclusion Serum IL-13 and CysC levels in COPD patients at acute stage are significantly higher than those in healthy subjects,and are negatively correlated with lung function.
