目的:建立人血白蛋白铝含量测定的一种新方法。方法利用磺基水杨酸沉淀蛋白质,采用原子吸收分光光度法,在309.3 nm波长处检测人血白蛋白铝含量。结果在本实验条件下,铝含量在1.0-30.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好;精密度实验中铝含量RSD值为3.4%;铝含量平均回收率96.4%,RSD值为3.7%;溶液稳定性检测中,供试品溶液放置0,2,4,8 h后分别进样记录吸收值,RSD值为3.1%。结论磺基水杨酸沉淀蛋白法测定人血白蛋白铝含量检测结果准确,消除了蛋白质对人血白蛋白铝含量测定的影响,可用于人血白蛋白铝含量的测定。

목적:건립인혈백단백려함량측정적일충신방법。방법이용광기수양산침정단백질,채용원자흡수분광광도법,재309.3 nm파장처검측인혈백단백려함량。결과재본실험조건하,려함량재1.0-30.0μg/L범위내선성관계량호;정밀도실험중려함량RSD치위3.4%;려함량평균회수솔96.4%,RSD치위3.7%;용액은정성검측중,공시품용액방치0,2,4,8 h후분별진양기록흡수치,RSD치위3.1%。결론광기수양산침정단백법측정인혈백단백려함량검측결과준학,소제료단백질대인혈백단백려함량측정적영향,가용우인혈백단백려함량적측정。
Objective To establish a new method for determining the contents of aluminum in human albumin. Methods Using sulfosalicylic acid precipitated protein, the content of aluminum was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry at the wave-length of 309. 3 nm. Results Under the selected experiment conditions, there was a good linear relationship for the content of alu-minum in the range of 1. 0-30. 0 μg/L. The RSD was 3. 4% in the accuracy test. The average recovery rate was 96. 4% with RSD of 3. 7%. RSD of the stability was 3. 1% for sample solutions. Conclusion The sulfosalicylic acid precipitated protein method is accurate to determine the contents of aluminum in the human albumin, and could eliminate the effect of protein on measurement of human albumin.
