目的:观察糖尿病小鼠小肠绒毛杯状细胞分泌的黏原颗粒是否改变,为进一步研究糖尿病的消化系统并发症提供形态学基础。方法分别选取3,5,8,10月龄db/db糖尿病小鼠及相应年龄段的db/+m正常小鼠,每组6只,标本用4%多聚甲醛灌流固定后,从距Treitz韧带约10 cm处切下一段空肠,用PAS染色方法对小肠杯状细胞分泌的黏原颗粒进行观察。结果糖尿病组小肠绒毛易被破坏,糖尿病组中杯状细胞的分泌物比同月份正常对照组显著增加(P<0.05);糖尿病组中3月龄的杯状细胞分泌物最多,8月龄最少,并且8月龄分别与3月龄、5月龄比较均存在着显著差异(P<0.05);正常对照组随月龄增长无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病时杯状细胞分泌物增多可能对小肠绒毛有保护作用。

목적:관찰당뇨병소서소장융모배상세포분비적점원과립시부개변,위진일보연구당뇨병적소화계통병발증제공형태학기출。방법분별선취3,5,8,10월령db/db당뇨병소서급상응년령단적db/+m정상소서,매조6지,표본용4%다취갑철관류고정후,종거Treitz인대약10 cm처절하일단공장,용PAS염색방법대소장배상세포분비적점원과립진행관찰。결과당뇨병조소장융모역피파배,당뇨병조중배상세포적분비물비동월빈정상대조조현저증가(P<0.05);당뇨병조중3월령적배상세포분비물최다,8월령최소,병차8월령분별여3월령、5월령비교균존재착현저차이(P<0.05);정상대조조수월령증장무현저성차이(P>0.05)。결론당뇨병시배상세포분비물증다가능대소장융모유보호작용。
Objective To observe the changes of mucinogen granule secreted by goblet cells of intestinal mucosa in diabetic mice for providing the morphology basis for the further study on digestive system complications of diabetes. Methods The 3,5,8,10-month old db/db diabetic mice were used respectively as test groups( n=6 in each group) ,and the age-matched db/ +m mice were used as control groups(n=6 in each group). After the samples were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde,a part of jejunum was cut off far from Treitz ligament about 10 cm to observe the mucinogen granule secreted by goblet cells by PAS staining. Results The intestinal villi was easily destroyed in diabetic mice. Compared with normal control mice,the goblet cell secretion significantly increased in diabetic mice(P<0. 05). Goblet cell secretion was the most in 3-month old mice and the least in 8-month old mice. The goblet cell secretion was less in 8-month old mice than those in 3-and 5-month old mice(P<0. 05). In normal control mice,the goblet cell secretion was not significant difference in different month age(P >0. 05). Conclusion Increase of mucinogen granule secreted by goblet cells could protect the intestinal mucosa.
